Orange Palms is part of the LA Palms series. They have often appeared in set design for film and TV.
Palm trees, like many who live in Los Angeles, are not native to the area but they have become so woven into the fabric of LA that they are considered icons of this great city. My LA Palms series represents the multiple influences that make up the Los Angeles lifestyle: the love of nature, the beauty of the natural environment and weather, the blending of cultures, the flash, the freedom, the whimsy and the immense creative energy that pervades everything.
